Sharpie+Hairspray=Magic.

If you knew me in real life, you'd know that I LOVE hairspray.
I am all about having big, Texas hair.
The higher the hair, the closer to God...right??

:)

I come by it honestly, though--
my sweet mother is the hairspray queen and has raised me right {thanks, mom!!}.
I've always known that hairspray is great...

but it's about to get a little bit greater.

Hairspray can erase sharpie from lamination!

Game.
Changer.

(P.S. Glue two pieces of construction paper together to make a quick base-ten mat!)

So now, when I can't seem to find a single dry erase marker
(or they're all inked out),
I can use a sharpie!!!
Want to see the magic for yourself?!

COOOOOOL.

All you do is spray a bit of hairspray on the sharpie and wipe away with a tissue!
It's incredible, really.

  1. That's a great tip!! I've always used nail polish remover, but hairspray won't smell as bad :)

My mom has HUGE hair, and taught me all about the hairspray when I was knee high! I still use the big can every day! (wink, wink!)
